The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful, which made for a very pleasant stay.
I especially appreciated that the hotel celebrates its 1950s architecture and is proudly women-owned and operated. To further highlight that unique identity, it would be wonderful to see more artwork reflecting 1950s Switzerland or pieces created by women artists. That thoughtful touch would enhance the hotel's character and make the overall experience even more memorable.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

We returned for our second stay because we love everything about this hotel! It is ideally located near Lake Zurich, the Old Town, and the railway station. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic and convenient for families with young children. Above all, the front desk team is incredible—huge thanks to Ksenia for always being so welcoming and helpful!

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Kettle provided and water in the fridge. Walk from Zurich HB was approximately 25 minutes, on the flat. Plenty of buses and trams close by but we preferred to walk.
Would stay again and highly recommend.
